Let's take a quick look at what happened in AWS-land last week:

Monday, July 8	We introduced Tags for Amazon RDS Resources and Resource-Level Permissions for EC2 and RDS Resources.
Tuesday, July 9	We added Watermarking and Control of Bit and Frame Rates to the Amazon Elastic Transcoder.
Wednesday, July 10	We reduced the prices for EC2 Dedicated Instances. The AWS PHP blog published an article to show you how to Upload Archives to Amazon Glacier using PHP.
Thursday, July 11	The AWS .Net Development blog published a two-part series on Customizing Windows Elastic Beanstalk Environments: Part 1, Part 2.
Friday, July 12	We published a set of AWS case studies in Portuguese and Japanese this week to focus on our customers in Brazil and Japan. Our Brazilian customers include Cloud8, Hidrovias de Brasil, Rede Globo, and Igreja Universal do Reino de Deus. Our Japanese case studies include Tokyu Hands (one of my favorite places to shop in Tokyo), TIETECH, Albert, So-Net Media Networks, Label Gate, F@N Communications, Softbank Human Capital, and Crowd Works. This week AWS Marketplace added new products including RealNetworks, SafePeak, National Instruments, Shaka Technologies, SQL Cloud Services, Severalnines, Tinfoil and Druva.
